HOW DO I SIGN UP?
All athletes need to have an up to date Athlete Registration/Renewal Form.
At this time, the SOSD office is rolling out a new athlete registration process. EVERY athlete needs to complete the athlete registration form. A doctor's signature is no longer required. After the initial registration is completed, only the renewal form will be needed annually.

The forms can be submitted by email to SOBrookingsArea@gmail.com or can be given to a coach on the first day of practice.
